Noah and Mike came into Frederator/NY a few weeks ago through a mutual friend of mine and Noah’s to talk about cartoons, Cartoon Hangover, and Too Cool! Cartoons. I didn’t read his email closely enough so I skipped over the fact that it was that Mike Rosenthal! What a pleasure it was finally meeting Mike in person and getting to know Noah and his GIF obsessions.
